Here are a few important things to know before booking a session with me:

  1. My private studio is for currently for existing clients only. Please book in for a consultation BEFORE booking a class.

  2. Please ensure you book ahead as classes will fill and I might not be able to accommodate last minute requests.

  3. Please always have your mat and water bottle ready and arrive 5 mins before start time of our session.

  4. Class and private session packages are available and have a one year expiry. Please let me know what you would like to purchase and I can attach it to your account. Payment can be made either by credit card or transfer to ncurrah@me.com.

  • 5 Class Package (55 mins) $100
  • 10 Class Package (55 mins) $190
  • 20 Class Package (55 mins) $350
  • 1:1 Training 10 Sessions (55 mins) $900
  • 1:1 Training 10 Sessions (25 mins) $400

In person classes are functioning with sanitization, fans and open windows for COVID-19 safety. If you are feeling unwell in any way please stay at home. You will not be charged for last minute cancellations due to illness.

Mobility Method Class

This small group 60 minute class will focus on unlocking tight joints with this unique full body workout. Your body will feel healthier, younger and more energized. This class integrates the movement with the Functional Range Conditioning system that develops maximum body control and usable ranges of motion.


Weighted Training Class

This new class is challenging the techniques used in Mobility classes by adding heavier weights and simple movements to reinforce stability and strength throughout the body.

The program design will be a video tutorial of how to do the training on your own. Once you have begun this practice on your own, a video call will be scheduled with me to discuss your progress and any questions you may have.

Constantly exploring different modalities of training body and mind, Natasha’s learning has always been motivated by safe and sustainable anatomical movement.

With nearly 10,000 hours teaching in Toronto’s most respected studios and private clubs, she graduated to training aspiring yoga teachers and working exclusively with independent practitioners from 2013 – 2016. In 2014 she relocated to BC and began to explore and practice Functional Range Conditioning, a method by Dr. Andreo Spina. In 2018 she became a FRC Mobility Specialist as well as certified in Functional Range Assessment.

With a focus on expanding perceived limitations, Natasha drives a foundational message that change is possible. Natasha specializes in working with individuals who are looking to improve their performance in their desired medium and is an invested mentor for instructors seeking to establish a sustainable teaching practice.
