Welcome to Sweat the Technique! A specialty movement and mobility studio at 582 Artisan Square on beautiful Bowen Island.

Here are a few important things to know before booking classes:

  1. The studio calendar is available to book in advance from now until JUNE 28, 2024. Please ensure you book ahead! Classes and sessions fill and we might not be able to accommodate last minute requests or walk ins. Adding yourself to the waitlist or emailing the studio to express what days/times you would like to attend will very often get you a spot in class.

  2. Please cancel in advance if you cannot make your time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the class to your card on file or class pass being used. If you are unwell please stay at home. You will not be charged for last minute cancellations due to illness.

  3. Please wear comfortable clothing and bare feet inside the studio. A mat is not needed, a water bottle is good to bring! All classes are for all genders - with the exception of the Mens Circuit.

  4. Please arrive 5 mins before start time of session/class.

  5. Debit and Credit are accepted payment methods. Class and private session packages are available and have a one year expiry. Passes can be used by the pass holder only.

  6. If there are less than three people booked for a class, we will unfortunately have to cancel class within 24 hours of start time.

As of January 2, 2024 prices are:

  • Drop in $28
  • 10 Class Package $240
  • 20 Class Package $450
  • 1:1 Training 10 Sessions (60 mins) $990
  • 1:1 Training 10 Sessions (45 mins) $790
  • 1:1 Training 10 Sessions (30 mins) $550

(We have great referral perks so get a friend to join in! For each referral that purchases a package, you receive $25 in studio credit!)
